Standard US domestic shipping is FREE 

We ship all of our items with the Unites States Postal Service or UPS.  Depending on where you reside, this could be 2 - 5 business days. Each package is insured for the value of the items purchased. Your package will require a signature if over $250, so make sure you put your address in that will accommodate that.  

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted for in store credit only within 7 days of delivery, or refund via your original payment method minus a 25% restocking fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

• The item must be in the same condition as we shipped it. 
• All Rusty Lux tags/packaging must be returned with the item and attached.
• Authenticity card must be included.
• Customer is in charge of return shipping. Please allow for 3-5 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund.
