Authenticity
When buying used designer anything can make you feel uneasy, we want to make it exciting for you! Rusty Lux has a zero tolerance policy against counterfeit items. We ensure that every item we sell is authentic guaranteed or your money back.
We have wonderful, trusted partners and are confident in our products being authentic. We ensure our products are authentic before they are uploaded on social media or the web page. Going one step further, Rusty Lux uses a system that proves authenticity through a 12 point exam process and gives you the certificate for your keeping.
On all our items we use a third party authenticator called Authentic Detective. This gives us Certificates of Authenticity to guarantee the items we sell are authentic. These certificates are included in every order.

VERY GOOD
Item has minimal signs of use. The wear is light and could consist of slight wear on exterior, interior or hardware. See pictures and product description for any signs of wear.
GOOD
Item shows signs of wear due normal use. Wear could include darkening of leather, scuffs or scratches and/or some loss of original shape. See pictures and product description for any signs of wear.
FAIR
Item has visible signs of wear such as discoloration, marks on interior/exterior and possible cracks. Items in this condition will give you the largest savings for Luxury designer bags and accessories. Please see pictures and product description for any signs of wear.
